台灣地區成衣批發業生產力之研究一以萬華地區為例

摘要

成衣批發業曾經是台灣地區重要的外匯來源之一,其對於台灣經濟奇蹟有重大的貢獻。但近年來隨著時代的變遷與進步,該產業也同樣面臨到轉型與變革的問題。萬華地區為台灣成衣批發業最早的發源地,其經歷了成衣批 發業之各個階段,包括了六0年代及七0年代的極盛時期,和近年來從興盛 漸漸走入衰退時期,故萬華地區在成衣批發史上佔有重要的地位,而目前台 灣地區之成衣批發業有百分之六十七以直接或間接的方式從萬華地區所批 發,且台北市政府非常重視並積極地重建萬華地區,故以萬華地區為本研究 之實例,其具有相當的代表性。 產力水準之高低,對於國家的經濟成長或企業的經營環境都有相當大 的影響,當生產力低落時,國家或企業可能會發生經營環境惡化或發展速度 呈現緩慢的現象。因此,生產力的衡量與提昇對於國家或企業而言是相當重 要的。故本研究針對目前萬華地區成衣批發業者的生產力,以實證研究的方 式對業者進行問卷調查,以探討萬華地區生產力的現況及所面臨的問題與因應之道。

Costume wholesale business is the most important of foreign exchange earning ever. There is much contribution for economical in Taiwan. For near years, the change and progress with time, the industry has faced with the changes﹒Wan-Hwa Fashion Center was early originate for Costume Wholesale Business in Taiwan, it go through each stage. Include, the two flourish ages. But it fail near years, Wan-Hwa Fashion Center have most important status on Costume Wholesale Business history. And there are 67% come iTom Wan-Hwa Fashion Center in Taiwan. The government in Taipei has attach importance rebuild in Wan-Hwa Fashion Center.It has stand for this study for example of Wan-Hwa Fashion Center. How the productivity has attach effect Costume wholesale business in Taiwan for grow up of national economic or condition of business, when productivity disorder, the ∞untry or business will be happen to deteriorate on business condirlons or slow to develop. Productivity measurement and promotion are very important for a country or business. This study was probe into Costume wholesale business in Wan-Hwa Fashion Center﹒The method is investigate date and probe in productivity military situation and question and how to solve.
