摘要


本研究目的在於製備含有苯並咪哇基圍之香豆素螢光來料,染料製備由 苯二胺、丙二酸二乙酯等成份經由縮合反應後製成2-苯並咪唑基乙酸乙酯, 再分別與水楊醛、2 ' 4-二經基苯甲醛,4-NN﹒二乙基胺水醛直接等中間體於派啶存在下,經由縮合反應製成不同結構之黃色螢光染料,為得紅色螢光染料再 與丙二進行縮合反應獲得紅色螢光染料自製之螢光染料再與眾酯、聚醯胺等織物進行染色,並測試染料與織物間之各種染色堅牢度。

The present work aims to investigate and develop a series of coumarin fluorescence dyes containing benzothiazole group.These dyes were obtained by the condensing 2-benzimidazolyl acetic acid with salicylaldehyde, 4-N,N-diethylaminosalicylaldehyde or condensing ethyl 2-benzimidazolyl acetic acid with 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde in the present of piperidine. The red dye was obtained by the condensing 3-(2'-benzimidazole)-7-N,N-diethylaminocoumairn with malononitrile dyes were dyed on polyester, polyamides and their dyeing and fastness properties were evaluated. The fastness properties of all dyeing samples were in accord with commercial requirement.
