PE/PET難燃廢纖板之堅耐設計

摘要


本論文主要的目的在所需的實驗最少以及最低的成本之考量下,以田口 式實驗計劃法探討難燃複合材料性能參數之影響,利用「田口法」中直交表 設計做實驗規劃'依測試標準ASTM D2863限氧指數、ASTM E662發煙量及ASTM D3029-84衝擊強力等對PEIPET難燃廢纖板做測試,再將所得的數 據進行信號雜音比分析以暸解所選定的各項可控因子對難燃性能影響趨勢, 並以變異數分析探討各可控因子的貢獻率,選出最佳因子水準的組合,最後 並以詗證實驗確認為最佳化PE/PET難燃廢纖板。

The purpose of this thesis is to explore the influence of parameters of fire resistance of composite materials with the Taguchi method by using the least number of experiment and cost. The orthogonal array of Taguchi method is used to organize the experiment and the limiting oxygen index (L.O.I.)、the smoke density 、the mechanical properties. of fire resistance of composite material PEIPET which is obtained according to the test standard ASTM D2863,ASTM E662,ASTM D3029-84. The test data are used to do the controllable factors (parameters) of signal to noise ratio (SIN) analysis in order understand the influence of controllable factors of the materials. The contribution rate of each controllable factors is estimated by analysis of variance (ANOVA). The optimal factors are chosen and verified by experiment to the best.
