變化梳棉機工作羅拉靜電電壓對不織布纖維網均勻性之研究

摘要


利用靜電作用力可以有效提昇梳棉機之梳理效果。本研究係將靜電應用梳棉機上,在羅拉式梳棉機之工作羅拉上導入靜電,藉靜宿吸引纖維之特性,提高針齒對纖維的握持能力,以增加其梳理效果。實驗中以聚酯纖維為原料,在靜電作用下,量測梳棉機元件之表面電壓,探討於靜電作用下梳棉機之靜電分佈,並藉由改變靜電供給電壓,來探討其對梳理效果及纖維網均勻性之影響。由實驗結果得知,隨著靜電壓的提昇,纖維愈趨於平齊化,而不織布縱向強力增加,且均勻性明顯提昇,並發現在電壓值為3kV時有最好梳理效果。

The electrostatic method could improve the carding action of the card. In this study, the static electricity was conducted to the working roller of the card would increase the holding of the card clothing for fibers on cylinder. Finally the carding effect of the working roller was investigated. The physical properties of fiberweb included the basis weight, thickness and strength of the fiberweb by changing the electrostatic voltage on the working roller. The experiment result showed that the polyester fiberweb uniformity was improved after the action of electrostatic carding. It was found that the carding effect is optimal when the electrostatlc voltages were 3 kV. However, it was found a phenomenon of electrostatic discharge when the voltages were over 3 kV, and thus causing a decrease for the fiberweb uniformity﹒
