聚乙烯複合材料發泡加工之研究

The study on Blown Manufacturing of Composite Material of Polyetenthylene

摘要


本研究室以熱可塑型廢棄塑膠袋聚乙烯(PE)為基材,以聚酯纖維(PET)為捕強材,經混練、發泡、熱壓後成型製成發泡板,藉由發泡劑量、PET纖維長度、PET纖維含量,來探討發泡行為、密度、尺寸變化、抗彎強度之影響。由結果顯示最佳成型條件為,發泡劑量2.4公克、補強材長度2.5公分,PET纖維含量在20%。

The thermoplastic polyetethylene was used as the Matrix and PET fiber was used as the Reinforcement. The sample of board were from by mixing, blowing and hot pressing. The study on that blowing action, desity, changing size and stength by means of changing blowing agent, length and percentage of PET fiber. The results indicate that the best treatment condition is found to CAB 2.4 g, PET fiber 2.5 cm, 20%.
