近十年來我國圖書館界參與國際交流活動之研究

摘要

圖書館界的國際交流對促進圖書館事業發展有很大的推進作用，在21世紀更加開放的大環境中，我國圖書館界惟有走出國際開拓視野，方能跟上世界發展的腳步。本研究採用文獻分析、內容分析、問卷調查、專家座談等研究方法，探討我國圖書館界參與國際交流活動之重要性及內涵，聚焦在我圖書館界與圖書資訊學系所教師參與相關國際專業組織和學術研討會的狀況。最後提出四項結論與五項建議，期可提供我國圖書館學會、國家圖書館、圖書館事業主管單位、各級圖書館及圖書資訊學相關系所做後續規劃投身國際圖書館社會相關策略之參考。

International exchange activities of libraries enhance the development of librarianship in the 21st century. This research implements the research methods of literature review, content analysis, questionnaire survey and expert focus group. Via discovering the importance and the meanings of attending international exchange activities of Taiwan's libraries, this article sketches Taiwan's librarians and LIS school teachers' participation in international LIS professional organizations and conferences. At the end, four conclusions and five suggestions are proposed, hoping to serve as the reference on strategic planning for international exchange for the Library Association, National Central Library, authorities of librarianship, libraries, and LIS schools in Taiwan.
