人力資源管理學報編輯現況及“刊登與否”影響因素探討

The Explanation of Journal of Human Resource Management (JHRM) and Determinants of Acceptance of an Article

摘要


本研究透過內容分析的技術,以文章特質、作者特質、審稿特質、審查意見、審查結果及刊登作業六個面向共26項經驗資料,描述人力資源管理學報自發刊以來的編輯現況,並以文章特質、作者特質、審稿特質、審查意見四個面向共22個變數,透過羅吉斯迴歸之方法,建構投稿稿件「刊登與否」的影響因素模型。結果發現:文章特質與作者特質兩個面向共14個變數對「刊登與否」都沒有影響,但審稿特質與審查意見兩個面向共8個變數都與「刊登與否」有顯著關聯;影響投稿稿件「刊登與否」最關鍵的因素依序是「見解創新性」、「觀點周延性」、「整體實用性」與「審稿人數」。

This study includes six dimensions: article's attributions, author's traits, the identities of censors, the opinions of censors, the results of judgment and the processes of publication; uses content analysis to describe the present editorial situation of JHRM and constructs the regression model by the logistic regression using four dimensions except the results of judgment and the processes of publication. The findings indicate article's attributions and author's traits, including 14 variables, have no any effects on the acceptance of an article, but the identities of censors and the opinions of censors, including 8 variables, do have significant effects on it. The important factors to the article are the innovation of deliverance, the application of entirety, the completeness of viewpoint and the number of censors as the order for influencing the acceptance of an article.
