摘要

自癒性幼年型皮膚黏液素病，和以往所稱的皮膚黏液素病不同，是一種新的疾病。在本文中我們報告一個9歲小女孩，於其身上出現無症狀之皮疹約8個月之久。診查時發現多發性膚色，約2-3毫米的丘疹分佈於雙側膝蓋，大腿、手腕及手背。組織病理學下可見有大量alcian blue(pH2.5)染色陽性的黏液沉積於網狀真皮層的膠原蛋白之間。本病例並未發現合併有其它疾病，且其皮膚症狀已逐漸消退中。具吾人所知，此乃台灣第一例病例報告。

Self-healing juvenile cutaneous mucinosis (SJCM) is a new entity distinct from previously described forms of cutaneous mucinosis.We present a 9-year-old girl who had asymptomatic skin lesions for 8 months. Examination revelaed multiple, flesh colored 2-3 mm papules on the bilateral knees, thighs, wrists and dorsal hands. Histopathological examination of the skin lesion showed a large amount of alcian blue (pH2.5) positive mucin deposited between the collagen bundles of the reticular dermis. No associated disease could be detected and the lesions resolved gradually. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case in Taiwan.
