摘要
數位牙醫學的發展，至今已近半世紀，由於軟硬體的進步，現今我們可以將病患口內外環境，轉換為數位資訊，並用電腦輔助設計及電腦輔助製造進行後續製作。至於要如何在植牙牙醫學上運用這些數位工具，在本篇文章中，我們從植牙治療流程資料擷取、治療計畫、手術執行、補綴物製作到定期照護追蹤，每個步驟一一作解析，探討數位工具的能與不能，以及在使用數位工具時需注意的事項。

Digital dentistry has developed for nearly a half-century. Thanks to the progression and evolution of technologies, nowadays, we are able to transform a patient's intraoral and extraoral status into digital data and then fabricate restorations through CAD/CAM. In the present article, we will focus on utilizing these digital tools in digital implant dentistry by analyzing the possibilities and limitations of digital tools in each step from data acquisition, treatment planning, surgical execution, implant-supported restorations, to routine follow-up.
