民間福利服務輸送型組織與金業組織合作募款經驗之探討

摘要

近年來，國內知名大型企業與民間福利服務輸送型組織合作募款活動有逐漸增多的趨勢，這種由企業組織主動尋求、或由民間福利服務輸送型組織積極爭取的合作募款活動，一直是民間福利服務輸送型組織進行資源獲取與連結的重要方式之一，但如何在合作過程中產生愉快的良性互動，並獲致「雙贏」的結局，是許多實務工作者極欲探知與學習的關鍵。本研究採用切入實務工作者經驗層次的研究策略，深度訪談具有合作募款活動經驗的十二位民間福利服務輸送型組織及十位企業組識的重要關鍵人士，並整理、歸納出雙方在合作過程中的助力與阻力因素。同時也從這些助力與阻力因素中，萃取並建立探索性的互動模型：「權力模型」、「利益模型」，以及「力利模型」；同時本研究也發現影響合作募款活動的關鍵因素是「組織文化」。

This practice-oriented essay tries to explore the interaction experience of fund-raising collaboration between non-profit organizations and corporation. In-depth interviews were used to collect data in this qualitative research. Twenty-two participants were recruited from 12 social welfare organizations and 10 business corporations. The findings show that ”power”, ”benefits” and ”organizational culture” are the key factors of collaboration between non-profit organizations and corporation on fund-raising. Form these key factors, the interaction model can be established as ”power model”, ”benefits model”, ”power-benefits model” and ”organizational culture model”.
