Detection of Lung Cancer not Shown on Resting Image but Clearly Visualized on Stress Image During Myocardial Perfusion Imaging: Report of a Case
肺癌意外呈現在藥理壓力期心肌灌注掃描中但未呈現在休息期的心肌灌注掃描影像中：─病例報告
摘要
鉈-20l(Tl-20l)自1970年便開始使用於評估心肌血流的狀況。鉈-201心肌灌注掃描對於冠狀動脈疾病的發現,位置及嚴重程度的評估是很有用的工具。目前有愈來愈多而且可信的資料顯示臨床上鉈-201在腫瘤及許多惡性疾病包括了肺癌的偵測上也扮演了重要的角色。本篇要報告一例肺癌意外在藥理壓力期心肌灌注掃描影像中呈現但在休息下卻沒有呈現的一個病例。

Thallium-20l (TI-201) has been used since the 1970s to evaluate myocardial perfusion. Tl-20l myocardial perfusion imaging is a vital tool for determining the presence, localization, and severity of coronary artery disease. There is now a growing and convincing amount of data which shows that TI-20l can also play an important clinical role in tumor imaging as well as the Imaging of other malignancies.
