利用牙科植體做為錨定之矯正治療－病例報告
DENTAL IMPLANT FOR ORTHODONTIC ANCHORAGE - A CASE REPORT
摘要
安格氏第三級咬合不正是東方人常見的咬合不正，矯正配合正顎手術治療通常會有相當理想的治療效果。阻生的彎曲齒在矯正治療中是一個棘手的問題，在治療時必須評估各方面的條件才能決定是否要將這顆牙齒拉出。本病例是一位19歲的女性，主訴是下巴歪斜以及齒列擁擠。在治療前的檢查發現病患的左上第二小臼齒為阻生彎曲齒。最後我們除了讓病人接受矯正治療合併下顎矢向分裂骨切開術之外也成功地使用矯正的方式將阻生彎曲齒拉出，在最終的治療結果上病患獲得良好的外觀以及咬合功能。

Three-dimensional planning of a dental-implant site is critical when the dental implants placed in the edentulous area are to be used initially as anchor for tooth movement and later as prosthetic abutments for the fixed restoration. The combined orthodontic and prosthetic implant restorative treatment of an adult patient with missing teeth, diastema of teeth, and malocclusion is described in this article. Plastic cast bases combined with customized position plates allowed the precise transfer of the proposed implant position from the diagnostic arrangement to the original cast to avoid compromising subsequent orthodontic treatment.
