實習教師教育實習輔導制度之探討

A Study on the Supervisory System of Student Teacher Internship

摘要


在我國新師資培育法施行後,對於實習教師之實習輔導制度可能面臨的問題,希能參考先進國家之作法,未雨綢繆及早找到因應之道。本文即就八O年代以來,美國在實習教師實習輔導措施所做的諸多改革和實際研究方面做一檢視,特別由師資培育機構的實習輔導教授與特約實習學校的協同指導教師,如何從教育視導理論與改進措施之角度加以探討,並希望能由美國在建立實習教師專業如能新措施的過程中所遭遇的一些得與失的經驗,以作為我國在確立此一新制良好運作功能之參考。

The purpose of this paper is to review the research of the student teacher internship in the United States since the 1980s, especially, the supervisory practices to improve student teacher teaching professional abilities from the cooperating teacher and the university supervisor. Finally, this paper attempts to find alternative approaches for the R.O.C.
