國小教師統整課程實施成效之評估

The Effects of Implementation of the Integrated Curriculum through Elementary School Teachers' Perception

摘要


本研究基於「教師欲成功實施統整課程,需要給予必要的支持、有用的資源與適當的培訓」之體認,特協助高雄市培訓四梯次國小統整課程種子教師,並以「統整課程實施成效問卷」調查完成培訓課程並具實施經驗的95位國小教師,希望透過問卷了解有實施經驗的國小教師對實施成效(含實施優點與實施問題)的評估,所得資料經統計分析後,獲以下結論:(一)國小教師對統整課程實施優點的評估,均給予高度的肯定;最具共識的優點集中於「教師專業成長」與「學生學習內容及能力的增進」;(二)國小教師對統整課程實施問題的評估,大多予以認同;最具共識的實施問題集中於「課程設計」、「教學準備與配合措施」問題學生學習適應」方面則看法分歧;(三)國小教師對統整課程實施優點與實施問題的評估,多不因背景變項的不同而有顯著的差異。最後本研究並對教育行政機關、學校及國小教師提具體建議,期供有關單位及人員推展統整課程之參考。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of implementation of the integrated curriculum in elementary schools. Through 95 elementary school teachers' perceptions, the following conclusions were reached:1. Teachers have positive perceptions for implementation of the integrated curriculum. Especially, teachers' professional development and students' abilities to learn show positive development.2. There are some problems of implementation of an integrated curriculum through teachers' perception. The curricular design and preparation for teaching and supportable system reveal even more problems.Finally, this paper presents suggestions for educational administration authorities, schools, and teachers for implementation of the integrated curriculum.
