男子排球應用單腳起跳攻擊技術之探析

排球運動攻擊型態在日益精進之發展下，男子排球運動演變至今已呈現為強力攻擊與短、平快球等攻擊型態之趨勢。現今女子排球所使用之單腳起跳攻擊技術已是女子排球所著重之攻擊得分技術，其攻擊成效表現亦是十分優異。單腳起跳攻擊具備移位速度快、起跳時間快以及攻擊範圍大等優勢，而男子選手在各方面表現皆比女子選手優異之情形下，將此攻擊技術應用於男子排球選手個人攻擊以及團體進攻中，應可使進攻戰術更加靈活與多變，並可提昇整體進攻成效。本文除探討男子排球選手應用單腳起跳攻擊技術之優勢外，並提出個人應用技術以及團體進攻戰術應用之建議，期可作為國內排球教練人員未來從事男子排球訓練之參考。

Volleyball increasingly sophisticated attacks on the development pattern in the next, the evolution of men's volleyball has been presented for the strong attack and short, flat fast ball and other offensive types of trends. Women's Volleyball now used by one-foot jumping attacks technique is to emphasize women's volleyball scores for the attack, the effectiveness of their attacks is a very excellent performance. One-foot jumping attacks with the shift speed, takeoff speed and attack range of time and big advantage, while men in all aspects of the performance of athletes than female athletes are outstanding circumstances, and this attack techniques used in men's volleyball player offensive personal attacks and groups, should enable a more flexible and varied offensive tactics, and can enhance the overall offensive effectiveness. In this article, men's volleyball player of application one-foot jumping attacks technology advantage, and made personal attacks on tactical application of technology and the application of the proposed, on volleyball coaches as the future of men's volleyball training.
