從認真休閒的概念探討臺灣體育志工之推廣

摘要

隨著運動賽事越來越受到歡迎，運動組織對於志工的需求日益增加，然而，志工的特殊性質使得運動組織在管理志工時有著不同的挑戰。本研究旨在透過認真休閒觀點來探討體育志工的意涵，同時探討體育志工目前在推廣上遇到的困境。志工乃屬於認真休閒的一種，本文則透過認真休閒效益的觀點提供相關的建言給體育管理單位以及體育志工，其能作為體育志工推廣上的參考。

With sports events becoming more and more popular, the need of volunteers has been increasing accordingly. However, sports organizations faced kinds of challenges in managing volunteers due to the unique nature of volunteer itself. This study was aimed to explore the implication of sports volunteers through the aspect of serious leisure, and to discuss the problems in sports organizations encountering the promoting sports volunteers. Volunteer is one of the serious leisure types, from the serious leisure point of view to provide the recommendations for correlative organizations and sports volunteers in promoting sports volunteers in the future.
