魅力領導在教練領導行為模式的應用

摘要

在日新月異的運動競技場上，運動訓練與成績突破猛進的今天，教練所扮演的角色相對的越來越重要。教練是團隊的領導者，也是整個團隊的靈魂人物。本文從魅力領導出發，探討魅力領導的教練領導行為方式，將如何運用在教練領導行為中，藉由本文所提出魅力領導模式來彌補其他領導模式的不足，讓組織成員在此─魅力領導模式下，塑造個體在實現目標的過程中，展現出自主性及創造力，以不斷超越自我，追求卓越表現，是值得探究之議題。

Nowadays, competitive sports are changing and training and performance are improving rapidly. The role of coaches become more and more important. Coach is the leader as well as the key person of the team. The purpose of this study was to discuss charismatic leadership and how it could be applied in the athletic fields. Charismatic leadership can also fulfill the shortcoming of other style of leadership so that the team members can be autonomic and creative when pursuing their goals.
