由身體意象觀點談體重控制計畫
Weight Control Program - the Viewpoint of Body Image
摘要
這是一個追求健康與美麗的時代，許多人非常重視身體外觀及體型。為了解身體意象對人們的影響，國內外研究此議題的學者很多，包括心理學、行為科學、公共衛生、衛生教育、護理、家政、輔導、傳播等領域，可見其需求性與重要性。本文藉由探討身體意象的意義、評量及影響因素，進一步規劃體重控制計畫，以加強實施成效。

This is a time for people to pursue health and beauty. As many people regard physical appearance and shape highly, either national or international researchers from the fields such as psychology, behavioral science, public health, health education, nursing, counseling or mass media research into the influence of body image has on people, and we can see its necessity and importance. By discussing the meaning of body image, it's measurement, and the influential factors, this article will help us manage weight control program to strengthen positive effects.
