摘要

植物新品種可區別性（distinctness）、一致性（uniformity）和穩定性（stability）（簡稱DUS）之試驗檢定方法，是新品種保護的技術基礎，也是品種檢定工作的標準作業準則。瓢唇蘭亞族試驗檢定方法及植物品種性狀表訂定，是參考國內蘭科試驗檢定方法及UPOV蝴蝶蘭檢定準則及相關技術文件，收集63個瓢唇蘭亞族品種，根據植株各種外表性狀表現之觀測，確立了83個性狀，其中必測性狀48項，一般性狀35項，同時確立各項性狀的分級註記及判定方式，可作為我國瓢唇蘭亞族新品種檢定的依據。

Distinctness, uniformity and stability (DUS for short) test guidelines are the technical base of plant variety protection (PVP) and the technical manuals for the DUS testing authorities to conduct the testing. The DUS test guidelines for Catasetinae preparation are based on other orchids test guidelines, UPOV test guidelines for Phalaenopsis and other UPOV technical documents, also through collecting and observing on 63 varieties of Catasetinae. Eighty-three characteristics were determined, including 48 asterisked characteristics and 35 supplement characteristics. The grading code and interpretation of characteristics were also elucidated. This study could provide a basis of examination of DUS testing for Catasetinae in the future.
