摘要

藍眼菊為近年來已成為全球性重要盆花作物，為因應藍眼菊品種在臺灣發展之潛力，須建立良好的植物新品種保護制度。可區別性（distinctness）、一致性（uniformity）和穩定性（stability）簡稱（DUS）是新品種保護之實質檢定要項，也是新品種保護的技術基礎。藍眼菊試驗檢定方法及品種性狀表訂定，主要參考國內菊科之菊花及非洲菊品種試驗檢定方法及品種性狀表、UPOV和CPVO之藍眼菊檢定準則及相關技術文件。根據所收集之藍眼菊品種進行各種外表性狀表現之觀測，確立了24個性狀，其中必測性狀12項，一般性狀12項，同時確立各項性狀的分級註記及判定方式，以供辦理臺灣藍眼菊新品種檢定的依據。

Osteospermum ecklonis is an important ornamental crop of global potted flower industry in recent years. To maintain and enhance the variety advantages of Osteospermum ecklonis, we have to consummate the plant variety protection system in Taiwan. Distinctness, uniformity and stability (DUS for short) are the substantial examination items and the technical base of plant variety protection. Preparation of the DUS test guidelines for Osteospermum ecklonis are based on chrysanthemum and gerbera test guideline, test guidelines of UPOV and CPVO, UPOV technical documents and plant variety database as reference, and also through collecting and observing varieties of Osteospermum ecklonis from market. There are 24 characteristics determined, including 12 asterisked characteristics and 12 supplement characteristics. The grading code and interpretation of characteristics are also elucidated. It can provide an adequate guideline for DUS testing of Osteospermum ecklonis in the future.
