摘要

本研究旨在探討已婚女性接受RU486藥物流產之經驗，共訪談八位已婚婦女。係採用田野研究法，以觀察者即參與者方式，藉由半結構式訪談指引，以會談法深入瞭解研究對象之想法與行為反應，並徵求研究對象同意全程錄音，將所得資料轉為逐字稿；再以內容分析法進行資料分析與歸納。研究結果共可概括五個類目，分別是：「漫長的等待與煎熬」、「副作用衍生之恐懼與不確定感」、「缺乏完善的照護與諮詢」、「減少身體主權之被侵入性及維持胚胎之完整性」、「歷經長時間之道德審判」。本研究結果可提供臨床護理人員照顧藥物流產婦女之參考。

This study explored the experience of married women receiving RU486 for medical abortion. The study subjects were 8 married women. The field methodology ”observer as participant” was adopted for the study. Data were collected with a semi-structured interview guide. Subject interviews were tape recorded and then transcribed. The content of the interviews then was analyzed and categorized using the content analysis method. Five main themes of experience were identified: suffering from waiting and multiple visits, fear of uncertainty, lack of care and information, decreasing invasion of body and embryo, feeling of undergoing a prolonged morality trial. This study offers useful information to nurses caring for women undergoing medical abortions.
