論知識產權制度一體化的方式

摘要

知識產權制度的一體化，是各國知識產權制度的差異性逐步縮小、同一性不斷增強的過程。條約方式、示範法方式、共同體方式以及移植方式，作為實現這一過程的幾種主要方式，各有特點，相互補充，共同推動著知識產權制度的一體化進程。研究知識產權制度一體化方式的變遷過程、特點與效果，其意義將不僅僅局限於知識產權制度這一特定領域，它有可能為全球化條件下的法律發展提供某些啟示。
