提升加護病房護理人員急救處置能力之改善專案

急救處置的完整性非常重要，攸關病人安全，急救過程有明確的團隊分工及合作，迅速且正確的處置可以挽救生命，減少傷害，促進患者的康復。本專案旨在提升加護病房護理人員急救處置能力，現況發現人員執行急救處置完整性僅70.5%、急救認知正確性75.0%，主因為人員不熟悉插管備物內容及插管用物分散放置、缺乏急救作業職責分配及困難插管通報流程與未定期舉辦急救處置教育訓練。經由設計插管備物提醒圖卡、制定急救處置作業及困難插管通報流程與急救處置技能評量機制、舉辦教育訓練等策略，護理人員急救處置完整性提升至96.2%；認知正確性提升為96.0%。本結果提升護理人員急救處置能力，增進團隊合作默契，使病人獲得即時而有效率的緊急處置，保障生命安全，提升重症醫療照護品質。

The completeness of first aid intervention is of utmost importance, directly impacting patient safety. The emergency response process involves clear team roles and collaboration. Swift and accurate intervention can save lives, reduce injuries, and promote patient recovery. This project aims to enhance the first aid capabilities of intensive care nursing personnel. Initial findings revealed that the completeness of executing first aid procedures was only 70.5%, and the correct awareness of first aid was 75.0%. The main reasons included staff unfamiliarity with intubation preparation and scattered placement of intubation materials, a lack of first aid task allocation, difficulties in reporting difficult intubation incidents, and infrequent first aid training. Through strategies such as designing intubation preparation reminder cards, establishing first aid procedures and difficult intubation reporting processes, implementing a first aid intervention skill assessment mechanism, and conducting education and training, nursing personnel's first aid completeness increased to 96.2%, and awareness correctness increased to 96.0%. These results improved the first aid capabilities of nursing staff, enhanced teamwork understanding, ensured patients received timely and efficient emergency care, safeguarded lives, and elevated the quality of critical medical care.
