中文版語言學習測驗對於輕微認知受損族群之再測信度驗證

Test-Retest Reliability of the Chinese Version of the Verbal Learning Test Among People With Mild Cognitive Impairment

背景與目的:記憶是屬於認知功能的一部分,隨著年齡增加,記憶功能會逐漸衰退,進而影響個人的日常生活。常見的記憶功能測驗有語言學習測驗以及選擇性提醒測驗,目前國內尚未有此兩種測驗中文版應用在居住於社區的輕微認知受損族群之信效度研究。因此,本研究目的為驗證中文版語言學習測驗以及中文版選擇性提醒測驗對於輕微認知受損族群之再測信度。方法:本研究共徵召17名受試者,受試者須分別於不同天接受中文版語言學習測驗或中文版選擇性提醒測驗各一次,兩次施測時間間隔2~3週。採用級內相關雙因子混和效應模式(intraclass correlation two-way mixed-effects model)來檢測再測信度。結果:中文版語言學習測驗使用在居住於社區的輕微認知受損族群之短期記憶再測信度的級內相關係數為0.735;延遲記憶再測信度的級內相關係數為0.680。中文版選擇性提醒測驗則僅有2位受試者完成測驗,因為收案人數不足,故未進行統計分析。結論:中文版語言學習測驗應用在居住於社區的輕微認知受損族群有良好的再測信度。

Background and Purpose: Memory dysfunction is often diagnosed along with aging and influences people's activities of daily living. Common memory tests include the verbal learning test and selective reminding test. The test-retest reliability of the Chinese version of the verbal learning test (CVLT) and selective reminding test (CSRT) has not been examined among people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in community dwelling. The purpose of the current study was to examine the test-retest reliability of the CVLT and CSRT among people with MCI. Methods: Seventeen participants with MCI were recruited. Each participant was administered the CVLT or CSRT on two separate days with an interval of 2 to 3 weeks. Intraclass correlation two-way mixed-effects model was used to examine the test-retest reliability. Results: Test-retest reliability coefficients for the short-term memory and delay recall memory of the CVLT were estimated as 0.735 and 0.680, respectively, among people with MCI. Only 2 participants completed the test of the CSRT. Thus, the test-retest reliability coefficient for the CSRT wasn't estimated. Conclusions: The CVLT showed good test-retest reliability among people with MCI in community dwelling.
