踝關節貼紮對於踝關節活動度及步態足底壓力之影響

The Influence of Ankle Taping on Ankle Rom and Plantar Pressures

摘要


本研究的主要目的是藉由一般常用來預防踝部扭傷時所進行踝關節貼紮,結合足底壓力鞋墊來探討:一、不同次數鎖跟貼紮前、後,對於踝關節活動度的影響。二、不同次數鎖跟貼紮前、復,對於步態足底壓力的影響。八位健康無下肢系統性疾病的大學男性為本研究之受試者。由一名專業防護員對受試者進行不同次數的踝關節鎖跟貼紮,並測量踝關節活動度(range of motion)。利用Medilogic足底壓力鞋墊在定速(4.8 km/hr)情境下進行步態資料蒐集(60 Hz/s),並將足底分為:前足掌區(fore foot)、內側足弓(medial-arch)、外側足弓(lateral-arch)與足跟(heel)作為分析步態足壓的四個區域。研究結果發現:不同程度(次數)踝關節貼紮皆能夠降低踝關節活動度,尤以完整踝關節鎖跟貼紮對內翻及蹠屈方向的限制效果最佳;此外,完整踝關節鎖跟貼紮後外側足弓平均足壓(mean pressure)顯著上升,推測有分散足跟與內側足弓壓力的趨勢;而足跟壓力的降低趨勢,也有裨益於足部病變的預防。

Ankle taping is used to prevent the risk of ankle sprains through decreasing the range of motion (ROM). The main purpose of this study was to investigate: (1) the effects of different rounds of the ankle taping on ankle ROM, and (2) to measure plantar pressures while walking with different rounds of the ankle taping. Eight healthy young adults were recruited for this study: they were instructed to walk on the treadmill at the speed of 4.8 km/hr with ankle taping. The Medilogic Foot Pressure Measuring Insoles were used to quantitatively collect the left foot pressures at a sampling rate of 60 Hz, while subjects performed the gait cycle with or without ankle taping. For analysis of the plantar pressure patterns, the insole data were divided into four regions: the fore foot, the medial-arch, the lateral-arch and the heel. The results showed that different rounds of ankle taping could significantly decrease the range of motion (plantarfiexion and inversion), especially the complete heel-lock taping. Besides, after the complete heel-lock taping, the mean pressure of the lateral-arch was significantly increased than the non-ankle taping. It implied that the plantar pressures after ankle taping were distributed equally on heel and medial-arch. Besides, the tendency of decreasing the plantar pressures of heel may benefit for preventing foot injury.
