游泳選手不同游泳姿勢臨界速度游的血乳酸反應

The Effects of Blood Lactate on Critical Velocity in Different Swimming Styles

摘要


本研究的目的在討論游泳選手四種游泳姿勢之臨界速度與成績的相關,並比較四種游泳姿勢之臨界速度下游泳的血乳酸反應。本研究以台中市全國運動會游泳代表隊選手13名(男生11名,女生2名)為受試對象,平均年齡17.56±21歲,體重60.53±7.92公斤,身高171.35±6.61公分。首先所有受試者須接受捷泳、蝶泳、仰泳與蛙泳各50m、100m與200m的最大努力游泳CV測量,再分別依所推算出的CV進行四種游泳姿勢各400m因定強度運動測驗,在測驗後,詳細記錄受試者的LA反應變化情形。研究資料採用皮爾遜積差統計相關統計法與單因子重複量數變異數分析法進行分析,如達顯著差異水準,再以LSD法進行事後比較。研究結果發現游泳選手不同游泳姿勢的CV與運動成績皆有高度相關,且距離越長相關係數越高。顯示,臨界速度不僅可以評估捷泳的耐力運動能力,同樣適用於仰泳、蛙泳與蝶泳等不同游泳姿勢;另外,各種游泳姿勢分別在CV強度運動後,身體的LA反應,彼此之間並無顯著差異,顯示CV在不同游泳姿勢間具有一致的血乳酸代謝反應,其代表不同游泳姿勢使用CV作為訓練強度的設定,在運動強度負荷方面可以獲得相同的效果。

This study investigated the relationship between critical velocity (CV) and the swimmer's achievements, and compared the LA of four swimming styles with their CV results. Thirteen athletes (11 boys, 2 girls, 17.56±2.lyr; 60.53±7.92kg; 171.35±6.61cm) were administered to a test which required them to perform 50m, l00m and 200m of four styles in order to take down their CV results, and based on these results, to calculate the CV results for 400m of each style. And the physiological data of LA were recorded after each test. The Pearson product-moment correlation and repeated measures were used to analyze the data. The test result shows that the athletes' final achievements and their CV results were closely related: the further the distance, the closer the coefficient. Therefore, the CV results can be used for studying the endurance of every swimming style. And no significant difference is found between the CV and the LA among all the swimming styles. This reveals that the CV of different styles possesses an unanimity blood-lactate reaction. It is concluded that the CV result can be considered as a setup for training in order to obtain a sound effect on exercise intensity.
