本研究是以多元領導模式及家長式領導為基礎,研究目的有四:一、探討要求與實際家長式領導行為一致性對滿意度及運動表現的影響。二、探討領導信任對滿意度及運動表現的影響。三、探討要求與實際家長式領導行為一致性對領導信任的影響。四、探討要求與知覺家長式領導一致性對運動員的效能影響的過程中,領導信任的中介效果。本研究以大專排球男女一級隊伍及體育室主任為研究對象,測量家長式領導、領導信任與效能(運動表現、滿意度)等變項,以階層迴歸來驗證研究假設。結果顯示:家長式領導一致性對滿意度與運動表現,以及領導信任有顯著的預測效果;領導信任對滿意度有顯著的預測效果;而且家長式領導一致性對滿意度的影響,領導信任具有中介的效果。最後,本研究對上述結果作進一步的討論,對未來研究與運動團隊應用提出建議。
This study examined the perspective of the multi-dimensional model of leadership and paternalistic leadership with a focus on four relationships. First, it testified the relationship between congruence of requirement and actual behavior and athlete's satisfaction and performance. Second, it testified the relationship between trust in the leader and athlete's satisfaction and performance. Third, it testified the relationship between congruence of requirement and actual behavior and trust in the leader. Fourth, it testified the mediating effect of trust in the leader between congruence of requirement and the actual behavior and athlete's satisfaction and performance. Participants were college first-level volleyball players and directors of the athletic department. Paternalistic leadership, trust in the leader, and effectiveness (performances and satisfactions) were measured and the hierarchical regression was used for anglicizing the data. The results showed that congruence of paternalistic leadership had a significant impact upon athlete's satisfaction and performance and trust in the leader; trust in the leader had an impact upon athlete's satisfaction, and trust in the leader is a mediator between paternalistic leadership and satisfaction. The results were discussed and suggestions were made for future study and applications.
