職前教師網路資訊問題解決能力發展及影響因素之研究

Factors Impacting the Information Problem-Solving Skills of Internet Resources on Pre-Service Teachers

摘要


本研究目的旨在發展一套適合評量職前教師資訊問題解決能力之工具,以了解職前教師網路資訊使用現況並評估其資訊問題解決能力的發展程度及影響因素。研究對象為1212位大學部一至四年級的職前教師。問卷調查結果發現(1)職前教師的資訊問題解決能力及信心程度屬中等程度,而能力程度越高者信心程度也越高。(2)年級、每週上圖書館時間、每週上網搜尋資料時間、接觸電腦時間、修習資訊或電腦網路課程學分數及追求新知的動機等變項,是影響職前教師資訊問題解決能力的重要因素。(3)英語能力不足是職前教師運用網路資源所遭遇的最大困難。

The purposes of this study were (1) to construct an evaluation instrument of information problem-solving skills on Internet resources, (2) to investigate the developmental level and confidential level of pre-service teachers' information problem-solving skills, and (3) to investigate the important factors affecting the development of pre-service teachers' information problem-solving skills. In this study, the subjects were 1212 pre-service teachers. The research findings included: (1) The developmental level and confidential level of pre-service teachers' information problem-solving skills were above the average. When students had higher developmental level of information problem-solving skills, they also had more confidence in their information problem-solving skills. (3) Grade level, the time spent on library research per week, the time spent on Internet search per week, the experience in using computers, the total credit hours of information literacy, information education or computer courses, and the motivation to learn new things were important factors which affected students' information problem-solving skills. (4) The deficiency of English was the big obstacle for per-service teachers to use Internet resources.
