學齡前兒童國語語音閾語詞之編製

摘要


本研究的目的在於建立一份適用於學齡前三至六歲聽、智力正常兒童的語音聽力測驗材料,並探討本材料應用在學齡前聽障兒童時,閾值(PTA/SDT/SRT)間的相對估計關係。根據研究目的編製了一份由37個同調號詞組合而成的國語語音測驗材料,隨後以三十名聽、智力正常的兒童為對象,進行語詞辨識-音量圖(performance-intensity function)之數據蒐集並探討此測驗材料應用在十名學齡前聽障兒童時表現出的聽力閾值關係。由學齡前聽、智力正常兒童的語詞辨識-音量圖顯示,測驗音量每提高一分貝,會使語詞辨識率提昇3.61﹪;此外,研究結果也找出了十名聽障兒童聽力閾值SRT、SDT、PTA間互相估計的迴歸公式,並進行語詞聽辨錯誤類型的分析。

The purpose of this research is to establish a speech hearing test material for normal hearing/intelligence children (3 to 6 year old), also to discover the relationship between related thresholds (PTA/SDT/SRT) in hearing impaired children.A word list containing 37 Chinese spondaic words was made and PI function data were collected from 30 hearing normal children. Thresholds of 10 hearing impaired children were established.It is revealed in PI function data that one decibel increment brings about 3.61% of word recognition score. The regression equation based on different thresholds in hearing impaired children (PTA/SDT/SRT) were calculated and some error types of speech recognition were found.
