台灣城市生產者服務業空間群聚之量測

為吸引國際企業的發展加速地區產業經濟與全球經濟網路接軌，以提昇城市的全球競爭力，生產者服務業體係的健全，可視為地區投資環境全球競爭潛力的一個重要參考依據。生產者服務業不只是廿一世紀知識經濟產業的主流，更是全球城市吸引跨國企業投資不可或缺關鍵因子，生產者服務業體系在空間之專業化聚集，將為城市擴展全球產業經濟網絡營造有利的競爭條件。本文藉由經濟全球化、產業專業化與生產者服務業等相關文獻的回顧分析，探討生產者服務業空間分佈之意義；並利用台灣城市做為實證分析對象，藉此檢視台灣城市吸引跨國企業投資需具備之基礎條件，提供城市產業空間發展分佈調整及改造策略，營造跨國企業有利的發展環境，使台灣城市在廿一世紀的全球產業國際分工的空間佈局，更具有調適應對的能力。

A city's global competitiveness would be advanced by attracting international enterprises' development to accelerant the link between local industrial economy and the global economical net. Therefore, a well-functioned producer services system can be regarded as an important reference while considering local investment environment. The producer services system is not only the main stream of knowledge-based economy but also an essential key for the global cities to attract across-boundary enterprises. Producer services on spatial concentration are going to be competitive advantages for a city to manage and expand the worldwide economy net.　By reviewing and analyzing the related documents of economic globalization, industry specialization and producer service, this article explores the meaning of spatial spread and surveys demonstration from cities in Taiwan. Besides, this article evaluates the prerequisite for multinational enterprises’ investment, tries to propose an adjustment of spatial and reformation strategy.
