摘要

本研究旨在透過組織創新的四大意涵瞭解學校創新的觀點及其在教育場域的實踐，綜合國內外對於學校創新的文獻，歸納出學校創新經營的向度，包括下列七項：經營運作創新、課程教學創新、學生展能創新、校園環境創新、人員關係創新、資源應用創新、發展效能創新，分別提出具體可行的學校創新經營的策略建議，期能透過效率化的創新思維、效能化的創新行動，輔以系統化的方法及價值化的知識來深耕企業或教育，方能因應教育環境的世紀之變，加速學校教育的進步。

The aim of this article attempts to explore the perspective on school innovation and how to apply in education field by the four definitions of organization innovation. Conclude the majority of literature about school innovation. The innovation of school operation include operational innovation, curriculum and teaching innovation, extra-curriculum innovation, environmental innovation on campus, staff relations innovation, resources application innovation, and effectiveness future innovation. And serve as recommendations in the strategies for the innovation of school operation. We are hopeful that by way of innovation thought in efficiency, innovation activities in efficacy, a systematize method, and worth knowledge to make establishment or education grow well. It must accommodate to the changed educational environment, and accelerate school education in progress.
