護理站導入無線區域網路之關鍵因素研究

摘要

資訊科技的應用，在許多產業已有相當豐碩的成果，其中無線區域網路的導入，讓使用者以無線的方式連接電腦設備，滿足使用者對於移動性和靈活性之彈性需求，更成為企業界目前資訊科技運用之發展趨勢。有鑑於資訊科技於醫療產業的應用日趨擴大，而無線區域網路應用之研究大多屬技術層面的探討，對於影響醫院護理站導入無線區域網路的研究較為缺乏，因此，本研究透過文獻歸納及專家會議的方式，彙整出三個影響該資訊科技導入之構面：產業環境、組織、及科技以建構本文之研究模式。針對國內75家區域級（含）以上醫院之管理階層，以問卷調查法收集影響醫院採用該系統的關鍵因素。調查結果顯示，「競爭壓力」、「醫院內部需求」和「科技供應商的專業知識及能力」等三項因素，為影響醫院是否導入護理站無線區域網路的關鍵因素。研究結果並經由兩個個案之訪談加以確認。

There are plenty fruitful researches of Information Technology (IT) applications in business. The powerful and flexible Wireless LANs have gained popularity in the health-care industry. However, most researchers in this field focus on technologies issues. Related researches about how hospitals adopt this technology are scarce. Therefore, this study aims at examining the factors that affect the adoption of Wireless LAN technologies in nursing station of regional or medical center hospitals in Taiwan. Summarized from literature review and suggestions of the expert panel, the affecting factor consists of three dimensions: environment, organization, and characteristics of technology. A research framework was established to address the adoption relationships of the affecting factors. By using questionnaire we survey the professionals of 75 regional or medical center hospitals. The results show that critical success factors of adoption wireless LAN in nursing station are the competitive pressure, the IT knowledge and capability of suppliers, and internal demand of hospitals. Two cases were interviewed afterward to confirm the results of this research.
