台北市高中(職)學生婚前性行為意向之研究~理性行動論之應用

An Investigation of Premarital Sexual Behavior Intention of High School and Vocational School Students in Taipei City-An Application of Theory of Reasoned Action

摘要


本研究旨在探討高中(職)學生婚前性行為之相關因素,應用理性行動論模式,探討結果信念與結果評價所形成的態度及規範信念與依從動機形成的主觀規範,並加入自我效能及外在變項分析對婚前性行為意向之影響。 研究樣本以台北市教育局九十三學年度高中職學校名單,按學校性質,進行分層比率機率隨機抽樣,再由抽樣學校隨機抽樣學生,並以自填式問卷進行施測,樣本數為2124人。資料分析有描述性統計及推論性統計。 研究所得結果如下:1.六成(63.6%)傾向不從事婚前性行為,表示二年內不從事婚前性行為降至近五成(49.7%)。2.態度、主觀規範及自我效能解釋半年內婚前性行為意向47.9%總變異量,而解釋二年內婚前性行為意向49.3%總變異量。3.態度與結果信念及結果評價交乘和(∑Bi×Ei)呈正相關(r=.356),主觀規範與規範信念及依從動機交乘和(∑NBj×MCj)呈正相關(r=.704),行為意向(半年內)和態度、主觀規範、自我效能間的相關為.598,.587,-.575,上述相關係數均達顯著水準,行為意向(二年內)和態度、主觀規範、自我效能間的相關為.622,.553,-.601,上述相關均達顯著水準。4.研究對象自陳有過婚前性行為者佔6.4%,其中61.8%自陳採避孕措施,87.5%採保險套方法避孕。 根據研究結果提出未來性教育教學宜加強的內容,並提出未來研究建議。

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors of premarital sexual behavior intention of high school and vocational school students. The model of ”Theory of Reasoned Action” is applied to assess the outcome belief and the outcome evaluation, which affect their self subjective attitude, and the belief of norm and the motivation to comply, which affect their self subjective norm. Attitude, Subjective Norm and Self-efficacy may affect the young student in premarital sexual behavior intention. The external variables are included within the factors which may influence the premarital sexual behavior intention. The data as collected via a self-administered questionnaire on a sample of 2,124 students obtained by proportionate stratified random sampling and analyzed with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The major findings are as follows: 1. About 63.6% of the subjects did not intend to engage in premarital sexual behavior within the period of six months, and about 47.9% of the subjects did not intend to engage in premarital sexual behavior within the period of two years. 2. 47.9% of the total variances of intention to engage in premarital sexual behavior within the period of six months could be interpreted by Attitude (Ab), Subjective Norm (SN), and Self-efficacy. 3. The correlations were .356 between Attitude and Sum of Product of Outcome Belief multiplied by Outcome Evaluation (∑Bi×Ei) and .74 between Subjective Norm and Sum of Product of Norm Belief multiplied by Motivation to comply (∑NBj×MCj). 4. There were moderate correlations (.598, .587, -.575) between intention to engage in premarital sexual behavior and Attitude, Subjective Norm and Self-efficacy. All the correlations were significant at above .05. 5. 6.4% of the students claimed that they had sexual intercourse. Among them 87.5% did use condom for contraception. In conclusion, the results of this study provides the directions of sexuality education and future research.
