摘要


為因應教育部《性別平等教育季刊》中一篇對臺灣性教育課程的指教,特別撰文說明。首先從臺灣健康教育課程發展史談起,接著提到其中有關「性教育課程與研究」和九年一貫課綱「健康與體育」領域中之性教育內容,並列表比較了與UNESCO國際性教育指引中的八大面向。之後,特別將全面性教育和遭誤解之「全人的性」(Sexuality)教育再加說明,同時引UNESCO「全面的性教育的證據基礎」說明我們做法一致。最後在結論中盼望「性別平等教育」在尊重多元的價值觀下彼此溝通與了解,共同努力!促使性別平等教育和性教育相輔相成,造福青少年!

並列摘要


The current article was written in response to an article published in 《Gender Equity Education Quarterly》, commenting on the sexuality education curriculum in Taiwan. It first talked about the history of health education curriculum in basic education, the sexuality education curricular study, and the content of sexuality education in the 《Grade 1-9 Curriculum Guidelines》. Then, it explained particularly the Chinese translation of the term "sexuality education" which appears in the 12-year Basic Education Curriculum Guidelines and made comparisons between the content of "comprehensive sexuality education" (CSE) and "sexuality education" in the curriculum, based on the evidence of the CSE, noting that both were highly similar. In the end, it is hoped that people in gender equity education to respect different values and to cooperate together with sexuality education professionals to bring benefits to adolescents in our society.
