競技羽球青少年運動員力量訓練之探討

摘要


現代羽球運動發展至今,已有一百多年的歷史,從歐、美傳至亞洲國家,目前已是亞洲地區最受歡迎的運動項目,同時也是奧運會正式比賽項目之一。羽球運動雖然是一項激烈的競技運動項目,但其也適合一般的民眾作為休閒活動之用,活動年齡層甚廣。然而,想當一位優秀的羽球運動員,除了須具備速度、耐力、敏捷、柔韌性、技術及靈活的戰術相互搭配運用之外,更要有良好的力量訓練作為基礎。因此本研究將採用文獻探討的方法,針對16-18歲羽球青少年運動員力量訓練的要素、特點與方法,作一詳加的探討。分析後發現,羽球運動訓練計畫的擬定必須掌握每一個運動員的基準指標,並依據年齡、生理特質及心理素質進行系統化、科學性的訓練,使能不斷地提升技術及戰術水平,進而達到預期的效果及目標。

The current badminton sports development has more than one hundred years of history so far. The sport originated from western countries to Asian countries. Now, it has become the most popular sports event in Asia. In the meantime, it also is one of the Olympic Games. Although badminton sport is rather an intense athletics event, it is also quite suitable for general public as a leisure activity for all ages. Nevertheless, if one wants to be an excellent badminton player, he or she not only needs speed, endurance, agile, flexible, technique, and agile tactics, but also requires a good strength training as fundamental. Hence, the research has applied literature discussion method that would discuss key elements, characteristic, method of strength training planning for badminton players. After analyzing, a proposal of badminton athletics training planning needs to control each player's standard index. In addition, it bases on age, physiology character, psychology quality to process a systematic and scientific training so that can continuously promote techniques and tactics level to achieve a prospective effect and target.
