病例報告：吉娃娃犬之色素稀釋性脫毛症繼發膿皮症
Case Report: Color Dilution Alopecia and Secondary Pyoderma in a Chihuahua dog
摘要
色素稀釋性脫毛症為一罕見遺傳性疾病。本病例為一隻年約一歲齡未絕育之三色雄性吉娃娃犬，自六月齡開始分別於顏面、頭頸部、背部和右後腹脇部發生僅在黑色被毛區區域性的脫毛，在耳翼邊緣可見潰瘍傷口並形成痂皮。鏡檢下發現被毛之毛體扭曲變形，大小不一之黑色素之團塊在毛體內呈不規則排列；皮膚組織病理學檢查則見部分表皮區呈現角化過度，部分毛囊可見毛囊萎縮，角化過度和黑色素團塊堆積於毛囊內或毛囊周圍。本病例依上述典型病變診斷為色素稀釋性脫毛症與繼發性膿皮症。由於目前對於色素稀釋性脫毛症並無任何治療方法，故只針對該犬耳翼傷口投予抗生素和外用皮膚藥膏。經藥物治療後膿皮症的情形已獲得改善。

Color dilution alopecia is a relatively uncommon hereditary dermatological disease. A one-year-old, intact, male tricolor Chihuahua had presented with alopecia from diluted black hairs on face, head, neck, back and right flank since six months old. In addition, some erosive crusted lesions on the auditory flaps of this dog were noted recently. Abnormal melanin was shown irregular shapes and sizes that were unevenly distributed along distorted hair shafts in both trichogram and dermatohistopathologic examination. Partial epidermal hyperkeratosis, melanin clustered around hair follicles in dermis and distorted and atrophic follicles were also observed. Based on the histopatological and dermatological examination, color dilution alopecia was diagnosed. Auditory lesions improved after treatment with antibiotic orally and external medicine topically.
