專科護理師培訓、需求價值、與受訓人員之職涯發展認知

Perceived Values of Nurse Practitioner Training to the Career Development among the Trainees

摘要


「臨床專科護理師」源起於美國,是高度專業護理職務。台灣醫療業住院醫師短缺,醫院為維持病人照顧品質兼顧醫療成本,運用資深護理人員從事部分醫療工作,是我國「專科護理師」之起源。本文旨在探討影響專科護理師培訓動機與其對參與訓練的認知與知覺價值。運用Kirkpatrick四階層評估模型做本研究重心,來探討專科護理師培訓之需求價值,以利了解目前台灣專科護理師發展趨勢。研究樣本為自區域教學醫院與醫學中心便利抽樣本50位,進行問卷調查。研究顯示,受訪人員,女性認知上比較重視專科護理師證照制度;未婚者態度上比較重視專科護理師證照取得。年齡較輕(20-25歲之間)與最年長(30歲以上)比較重視專科護理師證照培訓過程的認知。受訪人員以大學畢業者,對專科護理師證照有無之價值觀感最高。受訪人員,月薪水準較高者對專科護理師證照取得與否(F=3.65)與對專科護理師證照之價值觀感上(F=6.36)認知與價值觀感最高。相關分析結果顯示,對專科護理師之培訓制度之看法與對該證照之培訓過程認知有中度相關(r=.33),其餘相關不顯著。

Clinical nurse specialist is highly professional job, stems from United States. Hospitals in Taiwan exploited some senior registered nurses to assist some partial medical care to balance the short of resident physicians in the hospitals. Based on the Kirkpatrick's model, this research aimed to explore the recognition, perceived values of those nurses who participates the training program. Samples were taken from one regional teaching hospital and one medical center. There were 50 samples enter into the research. The results indicated that female nurses, and two age groups, 20-25 & 30 above, paid more concern on the clinical nurse specialist system, and singles were more intent to gain the captioned license. Nurses who werebachelors or were paid high perceived a higher value toward the clinical nurse specialist license. The result has also shown a significant association between the system recognition and the recognition of the license.
