摘要
雖然護理成本與照護品質之間有密切相關，但並不表示所花費的護理成本就相等於所提供的照護品質。護理人員有責任去控制護理品質以及所提供的照護成本，然而，如何做到呢？本文提到一些護理成本控制的方法，如果護理人員能控制成本又能增加照護品質，必能為病患與醫院造福。

Although nursing cost and the quality of care are closely linked, this does not mean that cost level of nursing cost is equal to the quality of the care provided. Nurses have the responsibility to control both the quality of their services and the cost associated with these services. However, how should that be done? This paper describes methods for controlling nursing cost. If nurses are able to control cost while increasing the quality of care, this would benefits patients and hospitals.
