摘要

本研究目的是探討居家安寧療護家屬主要照顧者照顧經驗，以質性研究方法，自民國八十七年十二月至民國八十八年五月間，於北部某醫學中心，採方便取樣，選取符合條件之受訪者，採半結構訪談指引深入會談方式進行資料收集，共計收案十位。訪談內容以錄音記錄並依Miles和Huberman(1994)內容分析法加以分析歸納資料。研究結果發現家屬主要照顧者之照顧經驗包括疾病層面感受、本身層面感受、環境層面感受。研究結果可做為日後從事安寧療護工作人員之參考。最後根據本研究結果及研究限制，在臨床、教育、研究等三方面提出具體建議。

The purpose of this study was to explore the caregiving experience of primary family caregivers in hospice home care. This qualitative a convenience sample of study was conducted from December 1998 to May 1999. Ten family caregivers at a hospice home care were interviewed. Data were collected through a audio-tapes recorder using a semistructured interviewed guide. Data were analyzed by using content analysis described by Miles and Huberman (1994) to identify themes and categories. The present study showed that the care giving experience of family caregiver included the perception of illness, caregiver's feeling, and the perception of environment. The findings may provide implications for hospice team members in taking care of family caregivers.
