摘要

臨床護理教師在指導護生過程中，面臨的是本身多重的角色，及不可預期的醫院環境，在這種情況下，難免會出現負面情緒。本文透過文獻查證，從一般對教師專業、信念及態度的模式形成關係，再提出護理教師在此模式中其專業及態度的扮演。然而，在臨床情境中護理教師在專業及信念堅持下，常對學生的表現反應出對其責罵的情緒性語言的情形。因此，希望提供護理教師在專業角色扮演及其對專業信念堅持過程中，能夠了解及警覺到自己指導學生過程中負向的情緒表現。

Clinical nursing teachers go directly from university to teaching nursing students in a hospital. Teachers are faced with multiple roles and an uncertain medical treatment environment. In order to insist on nursing professionalism, showing negative emotions is unavoidable. The major themes of this paper will explore the following: (1) The teacher's attitude should combine their professionalism and their beliefs (2) The role of the nursing teachers professionalism and attitudes within the medical treatment environment (3) Clinical nursing teachers may need to reprimand students in the medical treatment environment. The authors hope to help clinical nursing teachers to understand and alert themselves to negative emotions.
