摘要

本文旨在描述一位腮腺惡性腫瘤病人之護理經驗，護理期間2008.10.07~12.08運用Gordon十一項功能性健康型態工具評估，發現個案住院期間主要有：慢性疼痛、口腔黏膜改變、皮膚完整性受損、身體心像紊亂等問題。筆者護理重點是在協助個案疼痛緩解、頸部傷口無感染情形，同時藉由關懷、傾聽、同理與接納，使個案能夠正向接受身體結構功能的改變，提供支持性的照顧及對疾病的適應，增加信心及生活品質，並使其順利完成治療，期望能藉由此照顧經驗分享，提供護理人員更能瞭解此類病人的需求，作爲日後在臨床照護上之參考。

This paper described the nursing care experience for a patient with malignant parotid gland, period of care ran from October 7(superscript th) to December 28(superscript th), 2008. The author used Gordon's 11 Functional Health Patterns, discovered that during hospitalization, the patient's problems were: chronic pain, damage of oral mucosal, damage of skin integrity, and body image disturbance. The author's nursing care focus was on the patient's pain relief, prevention of neck wound infection, and simultaneously employed caring, listening, empathy and acceptance to let cases are able to accept the changes of the body structure and function. The author also provided supportive care and adaptation to the disease, to increase the patient's confidence and quality of life, and to successfully complete the treatment. The author expected that through sharing of this nursing care experience, it could provide nurses with a better understanding of the needs of these patients, and as a future reference on clinical care.
