摘要

頸部疼痛是戰鬥機飛行員的常見症狀，影響其健康和作戰能力。本文旨在識別與評估頸部疼痛和綜整當前與戰鬥機機組人員頸部疼痛發生相關因素的當前證據。作者採用文獻回顧的方式審視2018－2022年關於空軍飛行員頸部疼痛的論文，擷取重要的資訊整合後撰寫成此文。參考文獻除2018及2019年各一篇外，其餘皆為2021及2022年發表的研究論文。文獻中許多證據顯示飛行員頸部疼痛的發生率高，少部分的飛行員因長期受到加速度及頭盔重量等因素影響，導致頸椎退化甚至必須手術治療。隨著醫療技術日新月異，及植入物的研發，本文也探究美軍對於飛行員頸椎手術的相關研究作為本國的參考依據。

Neck pain is a common complaint among fighter aircrew, impacting pilots' health and operational capability. This short review article aimed to identify, evaluate and synthesize the current evidence for factors associated with the occurrence of neck pain among fighter aircrew. Authors used the literature review method to search database and review articles published between 2019 to 2022 on neck pain in Air Force pilots. There is solid evidence that fighter pilots have higher rates of neck pain. Document excerpts are also made for subsequent pain medication, rehabilitation, and even surgery.
