法式對比組與複合訓練及阻力訓練對下肢活化後增益現象之差異

Potentiation Effects of the French Contrast Method, Complex Training and Resistance Training on the Vertical Jumping Ability

摘要


目的:本研究探討法式對比組、複合訓練及阻力訓練的活化後增益作用,在不同的恢復時間(4分鐘、7分鐘、10分鐘和13分鐘)對跳躍能力的影響。方法:10名健康的成年男性大學生(年齡23.7±3.3歲;身高173.8±0.8公分;體重69.1±6.2公斤;下肢相對肌力1.7±0.2倍體重)參與重複量數隨機分配之實驗,以My Jump2.0收集反向跳高度,並用測力板(AMTI Optima)蒐集並分析最大地面反作用力、最大力矩峰值。以重複測量二因子變異數分析(Repeated measures ANOVA)檢定時間及組別的差異,顯著水準值為α=.05。結果:檢定後發現法式對比組和複合訓練前後測高度有顯著差異,阻力訓練前後測高度沒有顯著差異。三種干預方式前後最大地面反作用力、最大力矩峰值沒有顯著差異。結論:法式對比組與複合訓練相比阻力訓練能引起更好的活化後增益現象,但二者之間的差異需再做進一步的探討。

Purpose: This study investigated the effects of the ability of countermovement jump after different training post-activation potentiation by using French contrast method (FCM), complex training (CT) or resistance training (RT) at different recovery times (4,7,10,13minutes). Methods: 10 healthy male college students (age: 23.7±3.3; height: 173.8±0.8 cm; body mass: 69.1±6.2 kg; lower body strength: 1.7±0.2 ) were recruited in this study. My jump 2.0 App was used to evaluate the jumping performance, the force plate (AMTI Optima) was used to evaluate and analyze maximal torques and ground reaction forces. Repeated measures ANOVA (Time X Group) was use for statistics and significant level was set to α=.05. Result: After intervention, there was significant difference after FCM or CT, no significant difference after RT. But there was no significant difference in time and group between maximal torques and ground reaction forces. Conclusion: FCM and CT can improve the jumping ability.
