樹莓派美髮智慧鏡製作與消費者滿意度調查

Hairdressing Smart Mirror Based on Raspberry Pi: Making and Consumer Satisfaction Survey

摘要


鏡子是每個家庭不可或缺的生活用品,也是美髮沙龍的必備硬體。本研究結合樹莓派微處理器、網路攝影機、無線傳輸及髮型設計應用程式,製作美髮智慧鏡,讓平凡無奇的鏡子成為可以連接上網的裝置。美髮師可以透過美髮智慧鏡呈現為顧客設計的髮型髮色,顧客也可以在鏡子中同時看到自己真實的影像與美髮師修飾後的虛擬影像。美髮智慧鏡在美髮沙龍內實際進行試用,由試用者填寫使用滿意度問卷,扣除無效問卷共回收105份,問卷結果顯示,試用者很滿意美髮智慧鏡裝置,認為使用美髮智慧鏡可以帶來新奇的體驗,同時也願意主動向親朋好友推薦此美髮智慧鏡。統計分析的結果顯示,試用者的「性別」「年齡」、「教育程度」、「居住地」、「職業」等變項對於美髮智慧鏡的使用體驗都沒有顯著性差異,顯示美髮智慧鏡可以滿足各種顧客對於髮型設計的需求。

Mirror is an indispensable product for every family, and it is also a necessary hardware for hair salons. This research combines the Raspberry Pi microprocessor, webcam, wireless transmission, and hair styling APP to make a hairdressing smart mirror. The ordinary mirror is now a device that can be connected to the Internet. Hairdressers can present the hairstyles designed for customers through the hairdressing smart mirror. Customers can see their real image and the virtual image modified by the hairdresser in the mirror at the same time. The hairdressing smart mirror was actually tested in the hairdressing salon, and a satisfaction questionnaire was issued to be filled out by the trial users. A total of 105 copies were collected after deducting invalid questionnaires. The results showed that the trial users were very satisfied with the hairdressing smart mirror. They feel that the use of smart hairdressing mirror can bring a novel experience, and they are also willing to actively recommend this hairdressing smart mirror to friends and relatives. The results of statistical analysis show that the trial users' "gender", "age", "education level", "place of residence", "occupation" and other variables have no significant differences in the experience of using the hairdressing smart mirror, indicating that the hairdressing smart mirror can meet the needs of various customers for hair styling.
