This study is based on exploring the viewpoint of teachers' mass movement. It is through the related documents to investigate the connotation of the Teachers' Movement and to analyze the relationship between education and their movement, so they can result in the thinking of movement. The literature review ranges dated from 1958 to 2006. The paper first defines the concept of Teachers' Movement and describes the ranges of collected literature. The findings are presented through literature synthesis regarding Teachers' Movement. The conclusion are to be provided for the reference and related suggestion based on the above findings in the future.
