摘要

質性訪談是社會科學研究中最廣泛運用的收集資料的方法之一，主要著重於受訪者個人的感受、生活與經驗的陳述，藉著與受訪者彼此的對話，研究者得以獲得、了解及解釋受訪者個人對社會事實的認知。本文主要目的是分析質性研究之資料收集型式與資料分析方法；尤其是對於深入訪談(In-depth interview)中的焦點團體訪談法(Focus group interview)有深入的介紹與分析，主要的分析面向包括焦點團體法之意義、使用時機、進行程序、訪談技巧、訪談記錄與資料分析等。此外，本文將介紹逐字稿之整理及常用的質性資料分析方法包括內容分析法(Content analysis)、樣版式分析法(Template analysis)、編輯式分析法(Editing analysis)及融入/結晶化分析(Immersion/Crystallization analysis)；最後本文強調質性研究方法之設計與量性方法不同，資料之分析也應採取不同之方法，不應以量性資料分析方法來進行質性資料分析，否則就會造成研究設計上邏輯的錯誤。

Qualitative study emphasizes the importance of social context for understanding the social world. The qualitative researchers seek to uncover the thoughts, perceptions and feelings experienced by interviewees. The purposes of the present paper are to examine the meanings and methods of qualitative study based on literature reviews, particularly in the method of focus group interview. We introduce interview models, conceptual, when and where uses, techniques and data interpretation of qualitative study. In addition, the present paper will introduce the analyzing methods of qualitative data included: content analysis, template analysis, editing analysis and immersion/crystalization analysis. Finally, the authors emphasize that qualitative and quantitative styles of research are different in research design, their data analyzing needed to be different as well. The researchers should take into account of this difference in nature otherwise they will be in logic fallacy in studies.
