利用超臨界二氧化碳流體技術處理同種異質骨之去油與殺菌效果分析

Delipidation and Sterilization Analyses of Allograft Bone Using Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Fluid Technology

摘要


同種異質骨同時具有骨生成性、骨誘導性與骨引導性,是最佳的移植骨,但卻受限於來源與數量,無法廣泛運用。為使捐贈的大段同種異質骨,嘉惠更多病患,必須予以分割、去油及殺菌,才利於保存與運用。本研究將其海綿骨部分予以顆粒化,並利用超臨界二氧化碳流體技術進行去油與殺菌。結果顯示,在壓力450 bar與溫度55℃下,額外添加20%的無菌水輔助萃取,有最佳的去油效果亦無任何細菌污染。

The literature indicates that allografts are ideal bone grafts for patients, because they simultaneously exhibit characters of osteogenesis, osteoinduction, and osteoconduction. However, the use of allografts is greatly limited by the lack of a natural supply. In order to provide donor long bone allografts for more patients, allografts should be divided, delipidized, and sterilized; then they can be preserved and utilized. This research aimed to make allografts as particles, delipidized, and sterilized by supercritical carbon dioxide (SCCO2) fluid technology. Research findings showed that allograft particles treated by SCCO2 at 450 bar and 55℃ with the addition of 20% H2O were effectively delipidized and sterilized.
