This case report describes a 33-year-old female patient presenting with buccal gingival recession and furcation involvement of the mandibular first molar due to periodontitis. A coronally advanced flap combined with connective tissue graft was performed to achieve root coverage, while periodontal regenerative surgery was simultaneously conducted at the furcation defect. A one-year follow-up revealed complete root coverage at the recession site and a significant improvement in the bony defect at the furcation area.
