醫院感染管制人員工作投入、工作壓力及工作滿意度之探討

A Study of the Nosocomial Infections Controller's Job Involvement, Job Stress and the Job Satisfaction

摘要


醫院感染管制人員在提升醫療品質及病人安全中,所佔的角色是相當重要,而感控人員培訓不易且流動性又高。工作滿足與否的確會影響離職傾向,故提高醫院同仁工對工作投入及滿意度以降低員工的離職傾向,提升醫療機構的競爭力,實爲趨勢所向。本研究以醫院感染管制服作人員爲問卷調查對象,藉以探討工作壓力、工作投入及工作滿意度之情形與相互關連性,不同個人屬性對於三變項的影響與差異。問卷總計發出679份,有效問卷數計206份。研究結果發現:一、工作投入的工作認同、工作比重與一般滿意度有顯著的正相關,關注轉移與一般滿意度則呈現負相關。二、工作認同與工作負荷呈現負相關,而工作認同則與角色職責則有爲獵相關。三、工作壓力與工作滿意度有顯著性相關。四、工作滿意度及工作壓力影響醫院感染管制人員再度選擇工作機會時的意願。

Nosocomial infections are a significant problem throughout the world and are increasing the quality of care and patient safety. It is a long-term training with a high turnover of the personnel of infection control. Because there is a high correlation between turnover rate and job satisfaction, it thus is a growing trend for healthcare organizations to advance employee's the level of job involvement and satisfaction in order to lower the overview of the resignation inclination and strengthen competitiveness. As a consequence, the composition in the questionnaire surveys focuses on professionals in infections controller. There were totally 679 copies of questionnaire submitted. The volume of valid survey is 206 excluding 11 of missing. So as to discusses the interrelation between personal attitudes variables towards three dimensions of working condition (job stress, job involvement and job satisfaction). The findings of the study show that: 1. There is a positive correlation between general satisfaction and indexes of job involvement such as job identification and job allocation; whereas, there is a negative correlation between diversion and general satisfaction. 2. Employee's job identification has a negative relevance to their work load and, contrarily, has a positive relevance to their responsibility. 3. There is a significant correlation between employee's job stress and job satisfaction. 4. Employee's job satisfaction and job stress have a significant influence to their re-employment inclination.
