印尼的本土菁英如何看待與中國的關係

摘要

儘管印尼與中國之間的關係日益密切，但是中國的投資與工人，以及南海態勢的發展，仍令印尼大眾擔憂。這樣的擔要，在反對佐科威政府的菁英，以及對總統保持中立的菁英群體中最為明顯。他們主要抱怨的是印尼對於中國貸款的依賴日益增加，以及涉及兩國安全機構的納土納群島及其海域之事件。支持總統佐科威者，包括非政府組織領導人及政界人士，傾向對於中國抱持更為同情之態度，且不視之為威脅。同時，政府內部在對中國保持樂觀態度與對北京抱持懷疑態度之間存有分歧。「缺乏共識」可能會對佐科威實施中國政策的過程產生負面影響。
